• Atkins truly deserved to win the Best Candidate Experience award with an NPS score of +57.35 (on a scale -100 to +100, where +50 is exceptional). This is an 18% increase on last year, against an industry average +24 (Inavero UK staffing report, 2018).
• Winning the In-House Innovation in Recruitment award in partnership with one of the largest Professional services firm’s was also a deserved win with time-to-hire under 6 weeks, in some cases 25 days against a market average of 12 weeks (ISE). A reduction of 1.5 weeks compared to the same period last year.
